Brandrawn pieces are made to order.

Once your order is placed, your artwork is sent into production through our professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Each piece is produced specifically for you, then shipped directly to your delivery address.

Because every order is made after purchase, production time is required before your item ships. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and ensures each piece is created with care.

Production Time

Most orders require a short production window before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the product type, size, material, and destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided through the email address used at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on your location, the selected product, and the fulfillment location used for your order.

Brandrawn works with a professional print network to produce and ship orders as efficiently as possible. In some cases, different items in the same order may ship separately.

Every Brandrawn piece is produced after your order is placed. Because of this, we ask that customers carefully review product size, material, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
